Complaints policy

Paperly does not yet have an online complaints form. Complaints about a decision, a record or the conduct of editors, reviewers or authors should be sent to the editorial office using the contact details on the About page; if none are shown there, the office has not published them yet.

Paperly does not guarantee a response time.
