Conflict of interest policy

Authors declare conflicts of interest at submission. Reviewers declare conflicts when they accept an invitation; a reviewer who reports a conflict must decline.

Editors and administrators are blocked by the platform from handling, deciding on, reviewing or publishing their own manuscripts.
