Corrections policy
How published records are corrected.
A published record is never silently edited. Changes are made through a public, permanent notice: erratum, correction or addendum. The notice states what changed and when.
Only an administrator can issue a notice. The reason is kept in the audit log. Earlier versions of a record remain available in the version history.
