Retraction and withdrawal policy

A record can be retracted or withdrawn after publication, or marked with an expression of concern. The record stays public and carries a prominent notice explaining the action. It is not deleted.

Certificates issued for a retracted or withdrawn record are marked as retracted on the verification page.
